Our Mr Jeff laundry service is pleased to provide professional pick-up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience at reasonable prices. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions below. Your use of our Mr Jeff services ("Services") indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Please Note: This Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that govern your use of our Mr Jeff laundry services, website, Facebook and Instragram page, and our Mr Jeff mobile app, including, unless otherwise expressly stated any subdomains thereof, and any other website or mobile application through which our Mr Jeff laundry service makes the Services available.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. Please do not use the service if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of our service after we have posted any changes to these Terms and Conditions means that you agree to be bound and abide by the changes, so please check the Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes.
1. OUR LAUNDRY SERVICE
1.1. Our Mr Jeff laundry services reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment item
1.2. Our Mr Jeff laundry services will do our best to remove stains, however there is no guarantee that every stain can be removed on all fabrics. We will not waive charges due to our inability to remove a stain.
1.3. Kindly remove valuable, personal (such as jewelry, keys, watches, ATM, credit cards or cash) or ornamental items (such as detachable buttons and belts, cufflinks, etc.) attached to or left on the garment. Mr Jeff laundry services is not responsible for the loss of item(s) not removed prior to cleaning.
1.4. Our Mr Jeff laundry services shall not be liable for items with a defect in the design, material, dyes or construction, have residual stains or have accessories or ornaments which don’t withstand cleaning. Any damage or stains discovered before cleaning are to be taken as having occurred before pick-up.
1.5. Our Mr Jeff laundry services shall not be liable for garment items without any care label affixed to the garment. Your items will be cleaned according to the care label, unless specified by you. If there are no care labels, your item will be cleaned according to our laundry experience.
1.6. Our Mr Jeff laundry services shall not be liable for loss or damage due to load wash service (wash by our Mr Jeff laundry bag).
1.7. Any claims or irregularities with respect to the condition of your garment items must be made within (24) hours from the time the garment item is picked-up or delivered.
1.8. Our laundry service days and turnaround time is usually two (2) days and at times vary by order. Our dry cleaning service days and turnaround time is usually three (3) to seven (7) days. Our Mr Jeff laundry services will give its best effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.
1.9. Our Mr Jeff laundry services will contact you for the pick-up or of your items, if pick-up is not made after one (1) week from our store. Unclaimed garment items left for more than will be disposed of after the lapse of one (1) month from the receipt by our Mr Jeff laundry services will be forfeited the scheduled pick-up, with no further claims against our Mr Jeff laundry services.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We limit our liability (including misplaced or damaged items) on all sales orders (including future sales, if any) based on the Schedule of Liability outlined below:

1. Payment is conditioned upon filing of a claim within 24 hours upon receipt of the orders.
2. After the lapse of 24 hours, the presumption is that the loss or damage was not incurred by the service provider.
3. The claim will be validated through an internal investigation to be conducted by the management.
4. Once validated and it was shown that the loss or damage was incurred while the items were in the custody of the service provider by reason of an act or omission of any of its employees, the claim will be paid accordingly within 3 to 5 days. Payment should be claimed within 15 days otherwise the same shall be forfeited and waived.
5. Payment and acceptance of claim will operate as extinguishment of any other liability of the service provider with respect to the lost or damaged goods and a waiver to pursue any other action relative thereto. Customer agrees to sign an acknowledgment and quitclaim upon receipt of the claim.
2.1 DAMAGED ITEMS
Taking care of your garment items is our number one priority and we strive to provide exceptional service. While we treat all garments with extreme care, we cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding or shrinkage of garments. In addition, we will not be responsible for: a) normal wear and tear, ironing marks due to repeated ironing efforts, etc.; b) any kind of damage caused by Load Wash (including but not limited to color run, tear, etc.) to items such as curtain, sofa cover, shirt, blouse, dress, suit, jacket, etc.) any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears. For any items deemed damaged, Mr Jeff laundry services may reimburse you by paying based on the Schedule of Liability Table regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. We can compensate or reimburse you through bank transfer or provide you store credit. Therefore, it is essential that you send to us your bank account details via email, Viber or WhatsApp, as well as your proof of purchase receipt to our email. Any damaged items must be reported via email within forty eight (48) hours upon delivery and inspected by Mr Jeff laundry services through digital photos or in-person. After compensation made to the customer, Mr Jeff laundry services reserves the right to keep the claimed damaged items.
2.2. LOST OR MISSING ITEMS
Please check and confirm the number of the items at the time of delivery of the garments. Any lost item must be reported immediately to our staff via in-person or call. All claims are reviewed on a case-to-case basis. Items are considered lost Fifteen (15) days after the initial claim has been made. Any reimbursement for a dry-cleaned or wash and fold item deemed lost by Mr Jeff laundry services, shall be limited to amounts as outlined in the Schedule of Liability Table.
2.3. COMPENSATION
Compensation will only be made in the form of a bank transfer made by our company, and shall be limited to the amounts in the Schedule of Liability Table which shall be claimed by the customer in person at the concerned branch. Payment is subject to the following conditions:
2.3.1 Notice of claim within 24 hours from receipt of the items via email at inquire@mrjeff.ph ;
2.3.2 Presentation of receipt/invoice and the damaged item;
2.3.3 Internal investigation findings conducted by the management;
2.3.4 Acknowledgment of the payment with quitclaim upon receipt of the compensation.
2.4. CARPETS & CURTAINS
Carpets and curtains frequently develop tender areas while hanging as a result of heat, sunlight, humidity and air pollution. Consequently, despite utmost care exercised in our cleaning process, stains, holes or tears in the fabric may occur. Faded areas may not be apparent. Progressive shrinkage may occur because of the inherent nature of the fabric . Some curtains contain rubber materials which when washed through the washing machine, may stick with the other areas of the curtains and potentially cause irreversible damage. For these reasons, we accept your carpets, draperies and/or curtains for curtains for cleaning subject to your no-fault agreement. By placing carpets and drapery curtain cleaning order with our Mr Jeff laundry service, it is understood that you have read the above and agree to hold our Mr Jeff laundry services blameless in event any of the following conditions become evident or occur in cleaning my carpets, draperies and / or curtains: sun fade, color loss due to non-fast colors, stains, holes or tears due to fabric degradation, shrinkage.
3. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

3.2. ORDER TO BE CHANGED BY OUR MR JEFF LAUNDRY SERVICE
With your consent and at our discretion, We may make a change to your order as an alternative to cancelling it in the circumstances below:
Mr Jeff laundry services reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend, change, modify, add, or remove portions of your order, including but not limited to quality check and Logistics (pick-up and delivery time).
3.2.1. Time Window
We will come anytime during our confirmed time window (within 4-6 hours time frame), so kindly ensure that you are available for the pick-up and/or drop-off appointment within the time window. If we tried to pick-up and/or drop off within the time window but failed, that is because we cannot get in touch with you with reasonable attempts, or you are not available during such time window. We reserve the right to change the status of your appointment to “pick-up failed” or “delivery failed”, and hence you may need to re-schedule your pick-up or drop-off to another available time slot. We are also not obliged to meet the time window following a failed pick-up or a drop-off, except in some cases, where we will manage them on a case to case basis.
4. CANCELLATION
4.1 Customer agrees to notify our Mr Jeff laundry service 24 hours in advance for any cancellations. If Customer fails to notify our Mr Jeff laundry service within the 24 hour time period, the prevailing delivery surcharge will be added to Customer’s account.
4.2 NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
You acknowledge that once an item has been cleaned or service tasks have been done, such as taking down and/or re-hanging curtains, all related service charges are not refundable. You also acknowledge that once an item has been cleaned all related service charges are not refundable.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 PRICE LIST
The price of the services are set out in our price list available in our Website, Mr Jeff App or at SMS/Viber/WhatsApp or at our Facebook/Instagram pages and will be the price in force at the time you place your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect payments made for orders that we have confirmed
5.2 PAYMENT
Customer agrees to pay the total amount according to the payment agreement. All laundry turned in to our Mr Jeff laundry service by an authorized user of that account will be cleaned and any added item charges and dry cleaning charges will be added directly to this account. The customer must pay the agreed upon charges prior to or upon delivery. If a customer misses a drop-off or delivery, a delivery surcharge will be added to the customer’s account and prior payment must be made before another delivery can be attempted. All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable. The Customer agrees to allow our Mr Jeff laundry service to charge his or her store credit account whenever an order is received. Our Mr Jeff laundry service will auto-pay each order for existing customers using the prepaid account. If the prepaid balance is insufficient to cover the costs of an order, the customer will be notified and the account must be settled before or during delivery. For customers who pay during drop-off or delivery, the customer is responsible for carrying the exact change. Our Mr Jeff laundry service will make every effort to carry a reasonable amount of change, but may be depleted due to previous pick-ups. In the event of neither party having the correct change, Customer has the option to have the difference credited to his/her account. For cash payments, only local currency or Philippine Peso (Php) can be accepted.
6. TERMINATION
6.1. TERMINATION BY US
In our sole and absolute discretion, we may with immediate effect upon giving you notice, terminate your use of the Platform and/or Services and/or disable your Username and Password. We may bar access to the Platform and/or Services (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of any of these Terms of Conditions or where if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any terms or conditions set out herein, or if in our opinion or the opinion of any regulatory authority, it is not suitable to continue providing the services relating to the Platform.
6.2. TERMINATION BY YOU
You may terminate these Terms of Conditions by giving 3 days’ notice in writing to us. Upon receipt of your termination notice, we will regard your notice as a formal request to us to close your Customer Account and the account closure process shall be in accordance with the provisions set out in this Terms of Conditions.
7. DATA PRIVACY
Our Mr Jeff laundry service will only use Customer’s information for the purposes of contacting the customer concerning an order or for issues regarding our service. We will not sell or share Customer’s information with any parties. If Customer would like their information removed from our system, a typed request must be made via email or SMS/Viber/WhatsApp. Such requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
